One of the key intentions of Way of Wisdom is to build a community of people in the third act of life who want to consider the issues of our society and use our wisdom to contribute and take up the role of elders.
The elders in traditional societies had an important role to play. Their wisdom and ability to take the big picture view was respected and needed to balance the day-to-day challenges of the younger members of the community.
